CSTO CRRF should become a new, more effective mechanism

PanARMENIAN.Net - CSTO Collective Rapid Reaction Forces should become a new, more effective mechanism, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev stated.

As he told a briefing in Yerevan, “New documents clearly stipulating CRRF composition, powers and tasks are being currently prepared. I hope these documents will be adopted on consensual basis.”

“I’d also like to note that Kyrgyzstan President Roza Otunbayeva gave a detail report of the situation in the republic. Together, we have to find ways to overcome the internal political crisis. CSTO should determine the level of aid to restore the situation,” Medvedev emphasized.
