Zaruhi Postanjyan: judges should receive salary adequate to their power

PanARMENIAN.Net - Member of Heritage parliamentary group Zaruhi Postanjyan said that judges should not exercise power without being paid an adequate salary for it.

“I believe that judges should receive the highest salary among government employees,” Postanjyan told a sitting of the state legal commission of the RA national parliament initiated by Sardarapat movement.

She also suggested that young people educated in compliance with western standards should be appointed as judges.
