Sergey Manasaryan appointed RA Deputy Foreign Minister

PanARMENIAN.Net - By the RA President Serzh Sargsyan’s decree, Armenia’s Ambassador to Bulgaria Sergey Manasaryan was relieved from the post. By another presidential decree, Manasaryan was appointed as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
