  Prosperous Armenia nominates Samvel Balasanyan for NA vice speaker September 27, 2010 - 16:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Prosperous Armenia nominated Samvel Balasanyan for the post of National Assembly vice speaker. “The candidature was approved both by the parliamentary group and party members,” parliamentary group secretary Aram Safaryan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. “I believe that Samvel Balasanyan deserves this post and will carry out his duties properly,’ he said.
