  Military Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan relieved of his duties October 2, 2010 - 14:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 2, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointment of David Tonoyan to the post of the RA First Deputy Minister of Defense. By another presidential decree, Military Police Chief, major general Vladimir Gasparyan was relieved of his duties and appointed as Deputy Minister of Defense, the presidential press service reported. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
