Leader of Heritage party Raffi Hovhannisyan labeled the opinion that adoption of the bill is premature as baseless. “We offer to submit the bill for a public discussion to let the Armenian citizens decide on the day of voting,” Hovhannisyan said, adding that the vote is postponed for this purpose.
