  Ruben Hakobyan: amendments to RA Electoral Code are dangerous October 22, 2010 - 19:19 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Vice Chairman of the Board of Heritage opposition party Ruben Hakobyan believes that the suggested amendments to the RA Electoral Code are dangerous. Heritage and the ARF Dashnaktsutyun parties offer equal participation of political parties in the formation of electoral committees, Hakobyan told a press conference. He noted that Armenia needs to transfer to 100% proportional system of elections to ensure fair elections, as the majoritarian system of elections is a kind of “crime nest. Speaking about members of the RA NA, who were elected by the majoritarian system, Ruben Hakobyan said they basically deal with business activity, thus, violating the RA Constitution.
