  Yerevan to transfer Azerbaijani captive to Baku November 3, 2010 - 18:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 4, an Azerbaijani citizen, who illegally crossed the border in 2010, will be transferred to Azerbaijan at Ijevan-Kazakh section of the border, as per the October 27 agreement reached during the meeting among the Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents in Astrakhan. According to norms of international humanitarian law, the captive’s name will not be disclosed prior to his transfer, the RA Defense Ministry reported.
