Karabakh will join talks irrespective of Azerbaijan’s opinion

PanARMENIAN.Net - Member of the Republican Party of Armenia parliamentary group Artak Davtyan said that Armenia should exert efforts to re-engage Artsakh in the negotiation process on the Karabakh conflict settlement.

Armenia has already compromised, Davtyan told a press conference in Yerevan.

“The fact that Armenia still negotiates with Azerbaijan and has not recognized NKR independence yet is a great concession,” said Davtyan.

He noted that irrespective of whether Baku wants it or not, the time will come for Karabakh to negotiate the conflict settlement with Azerbaijan.
