Fake election in Azerbaijan to deepen democracy problems in regionNovember 9, 2010 - 16:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Director of the Armenian Center of National and International Studies (ACNIS) Richard Giragosian has said that fake parliamentary election in Azerbaijan will deepen democracy problems in the region. Commenting on the election’s possible impact on Armenia and Karabakh, he said Baku will not give up its anti-Armenian propaganda and threats of war. “The elections defined the forces Armenia will continue negotiations with,” Giragosian said. Caucasus Institute director said that the past year was not remarkable for outstanding foreign policy events in Armenia. Yerkir: serious reshuffle is expected at the Republican Party of Armenia after Tsarukyan’s refusal to join coalition. Zhamanak: the bureau of former Foreign Minister, however, refused to reply further questions on Oskanian’s plans.
