Ilham Aliyev should have learnt his lesson, seeing how unsuccessful the policy of his predecessor was, resulting in the panic flight of Azeris from the battlefield,” he said at the Armenian parliament. “Aliyev senior was the first to ask for a ceasefire. We believe, to reach definitive peace, one should be ready for a war,” RPA Secretary emphasized, stating that he sees no alternative to Artsakh independence.
