Armenian parliament to vote on NKR recognition bill Dec. 9

PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 9, the Armenian parliament is scheduled to vote on the 2011 draft budget and, afterwards, on the Heritage-submitted bill on recognition of the Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic.

As a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent reported, parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan informed that the procedure of election to the Constitutional Court will be also considered.
