PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 20, Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharian met with Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.

Kocharian’s spokesman Viktor Soghomonyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that details of the meeting were not provided.

Soghomonyan added that Kocharian and Putin have already had several meetings earlier.
