Armenian parliament to discuss bill on Azerbaijan’s responsibility for initiating Karabakh war

PanARMENIAN.Net - Next year, the Armenian parliamentary committee for foreign policy issues intends to put the law on Azerbaijan’s responsibility for initiating military activities in Karabakh conflict zone, distortion of its essence and torpedoing of negotiation process to discussion at the National Assembly.

At the parliamentary briefing, committee chairman Armen Rustamyan summarized the committee activities results, reported 49 ratified international agreements as well as amendments to 2 draft laws.
