Alexander Arzumanyan: Karabakh settlement can’t be directly linked to Sudan referendum

PanARMENIAN.Net - Self-determination of South Sudan is viewed by UN as completion of decolonization process and can’t be directly linked to Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, former Foreign Minister of Armenia said.

“This is the final stage of the process the UN launched in 1960,” Alexander Arzumanyan told a news conference in Yerevan.

He emphasized that resolution of the Karabakh conflict should be based on Helsinki Final Act.
