Arsen Shoyan appointed as Armenian ambassador to Bulgaria

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to release Arsen Skhoyan from the position of the head of the presidential expert-analytical department.

By another decree, Shoyan was appointed as the ambassador of Armenia to Bulgaria.
