Former Artsakh leaders should go back to NKR, oppositionist says

PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage opposition party deputy chairman Ruben Hakobyan marked out settlement of Artsakh and development of democracy there as the two major problems for Armenia.

According to him, former leaders of Artsakh, specifically Robert Kocharian and Arkady Ghukassian, should go back to promote development of the Armenian republic.

As to domestic problems, Hakobyan said that the opposition should unite to outline the fields and boundaries of cooperation with the authorities.
