OSCE stresses importance of ceasefire observation in Karabakh conflict settlementFebruary 24, 2011 - 20:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian First Deputy Minister of Defense David Tonoyan met with a delegation led by the Personal Representative of the Chairperson-in-Office of the OSCE on the Protracted conflicts Giedrius Cekuolis.
