Nobody has succeeded in uniting opposition forces in Armenia yet, expert says![]() March 4, 2011 - 15:32 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Director of Caucasus Institute, political analyst Alexander Iskandaryan said that nobody has succeeded in uniting opposition forces in Armenia yet. “Presently, a sort of casting is held in Armenia’s political field. Social discontent continues growing in the country, while opposition forces try to take advantage of the current situation,” Iskandaryan told a press conference in Yerevan, adding that it is too soon to speak about the possibility of the Armenian opposition’s unification. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
