Andrzej Kasprzyk goes to Karabakh for new details about killing of Armenian soldier

PanARMENIAN.Net - Personal Representative of the OSCE CiO, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk will again go to Nagorno Karabakh.

Kasprzyk told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that upon completion of OSCE CiO Audronius Azubalis’ visit to Armenia he will leave for Nagorno Karabakh to find out new details about the last incident at the contact line of the Azerbaijani and Karabakh armed forces.

Immediately after the March 17 swap of POWs, Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire, killing an Armenian serviceman. Aharon Hayrapetyan, 19, died in the hospital from a fatal wound.
