  Armenia, Georgia to develop military cooperation April 13, 2011 - 18:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan met with the newly-appointed Georgian Ambassador to Armenia Tengiz Sharmanashvili. Congratulating the Ambassador on his appointment, the Minister expressed hope for the official to contribute to the development of Armenia-Georgia military cooperation. At the meeting, the parties dwelled of military sector-related issues. As Mr. Ohanyan noted, the cooperation will promote stability and peace in the region, the ministerial press service reported. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
