As the head officer for public relations at Armenian Defence Ministry's Investigation department, Mary Sargsyan told PanARMENIAN.Net on April 21, 10:50 p.m. Yerevan time, in one of the military units of the village of Balahovit, a private Artur Ghazaryan, 19, was wounded out of his own government- issued weapon. Ghazaryan died on the way to hospital. A case in accordance with Article 110 of Armenian Criminal Code (driving to suicide) was instigated. Isvestigation is under way.
