 Orinats Yerkir offers to grant student loans June 11, 2010 - 14:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Hovhannes Margaryan, member of Orinats Yerkir parliamentary group said the party has circulated a draft resolution which calls for granting loans to students. “Students will be given a possibility to pay their tuition fee through loan and repay it after graduating from the university and finding a job,” Margaryan said. Another draft resolution developed by the OY envisages free of charge services for foreign citizens in Armenian maternity hospitals.
