  Andranik Nikoghosyan: past years have displayed decisiveness of people of Artsakh to build efficient state September 2, 2010 - 17:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 2, Zovashen camp of the All-Armenian International Youth Center hosted a solemn event dedicated to NKR’s Independence Day. Students of state and private higher education institutions of Armenia performed a concert. Chairman of the All-Armenian International Youth Center Andranik Nikoghosyan sent a congratulatory message to the people of Artsakh on the 19th anniversary of NKR’s independence. The message specifically reads: “The past years have clearly displayed the vitality of NKR and its people’s decisiveness to build a free, reliable and efficient state,” the press service of the All-Armenian International Youth Center reported.
