  New school constructed by Hayastan All-Armenian Fund was opened in Stepanakert September 2, 2010 - 19:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The biggest ever school constructed by Hayastan All-Armenian Fund was opened in Stepanakert. AMD 1bln was spent for the school construction. Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, his NKR counterpart Araik Harutyunyan, RA Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan and Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, who consecrated the school and wished success to its students, participated in the opening ceremony. For his part, Tigran Sargsyan pointed to the fact that the school was opened the day of Artsakh’s independence. “Students of this school should build Artsakh’s future,” said Sargsyan.
