Experts maintain that military operation in Khojalu was followed by hostilities. Factual evidence proves Khojalu massacre to be a consequence of Azeri politicians’ inactivity. The town population was warned about oncoming hostilities, yet disallowed from leaving the town to be used as a shield by Azeri military,” Director of the Public Relations and Information Center at the Armenian presidential administration, Ara Saghatelyan, told a news conference in Yerevan.
