The list includes governmental officials who refused to provide information to media and NGO representatives. As the head of the Center, Shushan Doydoyan, told a news conference in Yerevan, Armenian Healthcare Minister Harutyun Kushkyan, who refused to provide copies of Ministry's declassified documents, tops the list. Emergency Situations Minister Armen Yeritsyan is the second among those blacklisted, followed by Stepanavan Mayor Sargis Gharakeshishyan and North University rector Boris Makichyan.
