Youri Djorkaeff would agree to become chief coach of Armenia's football team

PanARMENIAN.Net - World (1998) and European (2000) champion, French-Armenian footballer Youri Djorkaeff told francefootball.fr about his plans.

Djorkaeff refrained from commenting on France’s fiasco in the FIFA World Cup in South Africa.

Meanwhile, Djorkaeff said that he would agree to become the chief coach of Armenia’s football team. “I am ready for any suggestions of the Armenian Football Federation, but I have not received any official offer from the Federation,” noted Djorkaeff.

The article reads that Djorkaeff would face difficulties in Armenia, as the level of Armenia’s championship is low, while local teams are unable to advance through qualification rounds of European tournaments.

Anyway, Djorkaeff will start his career of coach in October in the U.S.
