Armenian swimming championship for physically challenged sportsmen launched in YerevanSeptember 5, 2010 - 16:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian swimming championship for physically challenged sportsmen was launched in Yerevan on September 4. The championship, organized by Armenian National Federation of Disabled Sports, hosted 20 sportsmen from Armenia and Artsakh. On completion of the championship, all participants will be awarded with medals and certificates. The EU-financed project is implemented by Armenian Camp NGO. The program was initiated in 2009 to be completed in the year 2011. The All-Star starters were named last week, with players from LA Lakers and rival LA Clippers dominating in the West. President of FIDE has confirmed holding World Championship Candidates Tournament in London from Oct 23-Nov 13.
