The post-soviet area was represented by Russia and Armenia only. In the team event we finished 6th,” President of the National Federation of Karate of Armenia Arman Makyan said. Yerevan will host Armenian Karate Championship on March 19, after which the national team will be formed for participation in the European Championships. “Unfortunately, our government doesn’t attach proper attention to non-Olympic kinds of sports.
