PanARMENIAN.Net - Honorary Consul of Armenia Artashes Chilingaryan set about his duties in the Ural capital of Yekaterinburg. The consular district includes the Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk regions, as well as Khanty-Mansiysk-Yugru and Yamalo-Nenetsky autonomous districts. Honorary Consuls work as a rule on an unpaid basis, JustMedia reported.
