Unrecognized republics going to follow Kosovo example?

PanARMENIAN.Net - On February 18, Transnistria's President Igor Smirnov held a meeting dedicated to proclamation of Kosovo's independence. The meeting participants discussed the possibility of appealing to the UN for recognition of Transnidtria's independence proclaimed on September 2, 1990.



Leaders of Abkhazia and South Ossetia also announced intention to press for independence, Vesti reports.
