Second stage of West 2009 CSTO exercise to kick off in Belarus

PanARMENIAN.Net - The second stage of West 2009 CSTO exercise will kick off in Belarus on September 19.



"Deployment of troops in Eastern European region will be practiced," said Valery Semerikov, CSTO Deputy Secretary General.



The exercise will be conducted under command of Belarusian Defense Minister, colonel general Maltsev.



The third stage will be held in October in Kazakhstan.
