  Turnout at NKR parliamentary elections exceeded 70% May 23, 2010 - 21:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - 66919 out of 95303 people or 70.11% of the total number of voters have cast ballot at the parliamentary elections in the Arstakh Republic as of 9 pm. The highest turnout was registered in Hadrut (81.37%), which is followed by Mardakert (84.24%) and Martuni (80.24%). As a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent reported from NKR, Central Election Committee chairman Sergey Nasibyan said that the counting of votes has already started. “Preliminary results will be announced at midnight.
