Baku committed vital mistake, announcing foreign politicians persona non grata

PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of the Forum of Armenian Associations of Europe (FAAE) Ashot Grigoryan said that the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has committed a vital mistake, announcing famous foreign politicians persona non grata.

According to Grigoryan, Baku is at a disadvantage and the article titled “The Promised Land” about Karabakh and NKR elections, which was published by Slovak Tyzden edition, proves this fact.

In the article, former speaker of the Slovak National Council and its current member Frantisek Miklosko draws attention to democracy in NKR and as a contradistinction to it points to constitutional reforms in Azerbaijan, which have secured life presidency to Ilham Aliyev.

The Azerbaijani authorities have announced five Russian parliamentarians persona non grata for observing the NKR parliamentary elections. French parliamentarians, who visited NKR, may also be included in this list.
