Komitas Karapetyan appointed deputy head of the Artsakh Republic Police

PanARMENIAN.Net - On July 2, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree conferring military rank of colonel to lieutenant-colonel Komitas Karapetyan, head of the department of providing security to individuals subject to special state protection of the National Security Service under the Artsakh Republic Cabinet.

By another presidential decree colonel, Komitas Karapetyan was appointed as deputy head of the Artsakh Republic Police, reported Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President.
