Head of the Turkish organization Geksel Gyulbey sent the black wreath and a letter of protest to U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Through the action, Turks wanted to express their protest against Clinton's visit to the Armenian Genocide Memorial during her visit to Yerevan, AZE.az reported.
