Ttrilateral agreement on ceasefire proves Azeri assertions invalid

PanARMENIAN.Net - “If, as Azerbaijan asserts, NKR and adjacent territories are controlled by Armenia, why was a trilateral agreement on ceasefire signed?” a European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) judge questioned the Azeri plaintiffs.

It should be noted that the main plaintiffs in the case Chiragov against Armenia, Elkhan and Adishirin Chiragovs, were not present at ECHR hearings.
