Armenia signs CoE Convention on Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual AbuseSeptember 30, 2010 - 18:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 29, Armenia’s Permanent Representative to PACE, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, signed a CoE Convention on Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse, in the presence of CoE Deputy Secretary General, Maud de Boer-Buquicchio. The goal of the Convention is to contribute effectively to protecting children against sexual exploitation and sexual abuse and of providing assistance to victims. Armenia is the 8th country to sign the Convention. CoE campaign against sexual exploitation of children will launch on November 29 in Rome, Armenian Foreign Ministry press service reported.
