Poland will not allow adoption of Karabakh resolution containing unacceptable phrasing

PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 4, Armenian National Security Council (RA NSC) Secretary Arthur Baghdasaryan met with Polish Under State Secretary of State Jacek Najder.

The parties discussed implementation of bilateral programs, perspectives of political cooperation as well as Armenia-NATO collaboration.

Baghdasaryan also expressed his position on Karabakh conflict settlement. He characterized Azeri-initiated Karabakh resolution on so-called “occupied territories” to be presented at NATO PA session as unacceptable.

“Karabakh issue will be resolved in OSCE MG framework, whereas suchlike resolutions can only hamper negotiation process,” RA NSC Secretary said.

Najder, in turn, promised support to Armenian side to prevent the resolution containing an unacceptable phrasing from being adopted, RA NSC press service reported.
