20 convicts granted pardon by Artsakh President’s decree

PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 8, the President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on pardon appeals.

In accordance with the presidential decree, 20 convicts were granted pardon; partial pardon was granted to 22 persons.

103 pardon appeals were rejected due to the previously committed crimes, negative characteristics from imprisonment sites, nature and gravity of the crimes committed, Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s Office reported.
