According to Centre for Analysis of World Arms Trade (CAWAT) report, beside Ukrainian Armed Forces, Azerbaijan and Belarus have also ordered this weapon. Moreover, negotiations are conducted with several Western countries. Skif has been produced in Kiev's state-owned Luch Design Bureau. The complex is meant for discharging of moving and non-moving targets, as well as light armoured vehicles and helicopters, APA reported.
