Armenian President to visit Serbia

PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 4, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will tour to Serbia on a 2-day visit on the invitation of his Serbian counterpart Boris Tadic.

According to the presidential press office, Mr. Sargsyan will meet with the Serbian leadership and well as with representatives of the country’s Armenian community. Signature of a number of agreement aimed to boost Armenian-Serbian cooperation is also expected.

Serbian President paid an official visit to Armenia in June 2009. At that time, Mr. Tadic visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial to lay a wreath to the eternal flame. He also attended the Armenian Genocide Museum Institute.
