Iran believes that the Nagorno Karabakh conflict can be resolved peacefully and would welcome involvement of the countries of the region in the process, Iran's ambassador to Azerbaijan said, according to Trend news agency.

As to possible Iran-Turkey cooperation, Mohsen Pak Ayeen said that the conflict can be resolved “using the regional capabilities.”

Recently, in an interview with IRNA, Pak Ayeen said that the unsettled Karabakh conflict harms regional security and implementation of major economic projects.
