Google has showcased its first wave of mini games for its Google Glass headset, Digital Spy said.

Tennis, Clay Shooter and Matcher are among the first titles developed for the device, all of which experiment with its unique functions.

Google Glass's gyroscope and accelerometer come into play in Tennis, allowing the wearer to use their head as the racket, while Clay Shooter is a clay pigeon-shooting title that uses a voice-control interface.

Other mini games for the headset include simplistic puzzle titles such as Balance, and Shape Splitter.

"Each game is visually simple and straightforward to play," said Google in a blog post.

"We intentionally wanted games that are quick to get into when you have a few, free minutes and just as easy to get out of when you want to turn your attention back to reality."

The five mini games were each developed by Google using a different set of tools to demonstrate to programmers what is possible on the hardware.
