Mia is young, talented and in love, with her whole life ahead of her. Until the car crash. With her family decimated, she lies comatose in a hospital — having an out-of-body experience. She watches as she’s told that living or dying “is all up to you; whatever fight you got in you, gotta pull it out now.” Then she gets a tour of what there is to live for.

If I Stay stars Chloe Grace Moretz as the stricken teen along with Jamie Blackley and Mireille Enos. R.J. Cutler directs from a script by Shauna Cross based on Gayle Forman’s YA novel.

The drama from Warner Bros, MGM and New Line opens August 22.
