Nicole Kidman joins "Slumdog Millionaire" star in "Lion"

Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman are reported to reunite in an upcoming movie "Lion", six years after their on-screen romance in "Australia". Empire magazine says that they are going to join Dev Patel, Jackman's co-star in Neill Blomkamp's upcoming "Chappie", for the true-story drama. However, Jackman's agent tells The Hollywood Reporter that the hunky actor is not involved in "Lion", according to AceShowbiz.

The movie is adapted by The Weinstein Company based on Vanity Fair article "A Home at the End of Google Earth". The "Slumdog Millionaire" actor will play a lost boy from Calcutta who was adopted by an Australian couple. He tries to trace his roots using Google Earth.

Kidman was last seen portraying Princess Grace Kelly in "Grace of Monaco". Her new movies "Before I Go to Sleep" and "Paddington" are coming this year as well. Jackman, who recently reprised his role as Wolverine in "X-Men: Days of Future Past", will next be seen in Joe Wright's "Pan".
