Modest Mouse have premiered a new song online. 'Of Course We Know' is the latest cut from the band's new album Strangers to Ourselves, Digital Spy reports.

The track follows on from the previously shared 'Lampshades on Fire', 'The Ground Walks, with Time in a Box' and 'The Best Room'.

Strangers to Ourselves marks Modest Mouse's first new album in eight years.

The band will embark on a tour of the US and Europe from March to July.

Strangers to Ourselves was released on March 3.
