George Clooney’s “Suburbicon” is heading to Paramount, according to multiple media reports, TheWrap said.

The star is directing the dramedy, which is written by Joel and Ethan Coen, who also wrote and directed Clooney’s most recent film, “Hail, Caesar!”

It is set in the quiet family town of “Suburbicon,” where the best and worst of humanity is hilariously reflected through the deeds of seemingly ordinary people. When a home invasion turns deadly, a picture-perfect family turns to blackmail, revenge and betrayal.

Julianne Moore and Matt Damon are also set to star in the film, while Clooney is producing alongside Smokehouse Pictures partner Grant Heslov, Joel Silver and Teddy Schwarzman, whose Black Bear Pictures will fully finance the film.

Josh Brolin had been in negotiations to star alongside Damon and Moore as recently as December, though it’s unclear whether he will ultimately be involved in the project, according to insiders.

Bloom is taking care of the film’s international rights, while CAA is handling the U.S. rights.
