On the night of July 22-23, at around 12:10 am, a Nagorno Karabakh conscript soldier, Mher Ziloyan (b. 1991) received a gunshot wound in the Azerbaijani fire on the frontline.

The serviceman was immediately hospitalized, his condition is assessed as satisfactory. An investigation into the details of the incident is underway.
